This is an unescorted 13 day/12 night itinerary.

You begin with exploring Papua New Guineas most culturally fascinating areas, staying at the country's premier remote lodges and then a visit to the Mount Hagen Cultural show.

Accommodation over the Mount Hagen Cultural Show weekend is at the Airport Resort, a simple, but clean, spacious and comfortable hotel close to the airport and the show grounds.

Land Cost: US$6321.00 per person (twin share). US$7340.00 single throughout except on at Airport Resort.

Charter Flights: US$1420.00 per person.

Special Note Regarding Charters:
Maximum baggage allowance is 10kg per person and a maximum of 5kg carry on baggage per person.Large, hard sided suitcases are not permitted on charter aircraft.

This is an Unescorted Program and Land Cost Includes:
Accommodation,airport transfers and tours on a seat in a bus basis, meals from dinner on 2 August to breakfast on 14 August, services of a professional tour guide throughout, local guides and show gate fees.

Please note on unescorted programs you will still have guides with you throughout the program.  The difference between an escorted and unescorted program is that on an escorted program you have the same guide with you throughout, whereas on an unescorted program different guides will meet you at your different locations.

Land Cost Does Not Include:
Domestic and international flights, gratuities, visa fees and services of a personal nature such as beverage, laundry charges, phone and fax bills etc.

This quote has been based on the Westpac Inward Telegraphic transfer US Dollar rates to Kina of between  .38 - .43.

Should the exchange rates fall outside of these parameters we will re-quote on this itinerary.

Important Note:
You are only to book and ticket the domestic Air Niugini flights together with your international flights. We will book the Air Charter flights.

To secure space due to the popularity of our show programs, a non-refundable deposit of US$500.00 per person is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellations received between 6th June 2012 and commencement of the tour will attract a 50% fee of the total land and air charter costs.  No refund is available after scheduled arrival in Papua New Guinea or in respect of any tour, accommodation, meals or other services not utilized during the tour.  Any additional costs incurred because of changes made during the itinerary by clients, will be to the client's account.

Please note that Trans Niugini Tours is unable to refund any services, which appear in the main itinerary, but are not taken.  Please also note that Trans Niugini Tours is unable to exchange services, which are not taken in the main itinerary, for other services.  Services must be taken on the day that they appear in the main itinerary, and cannot be transferred to a different day.
