Tue, 15 May	Upon arrival in Port Moresby from your international flight you will be met and transferred to your hotel Overnight Airways Hotel.
Wed, 16 May	You will be met and transferred by Trans Niugini Tours staff to your onward flight Air Niugini PX180 from Port Moresby to Mount Hagen. You will then connect to your onward charter from Mount Hagen to Ambua. The Tari Valley - home of the Huli, a colorful and proud people still largely living the same way that their ancestors did. Ambua Lodge is high on the slopes of the Tari Valley, with magnificent views of the valley below and surrounding peaks. Fri, 18 May	Fly by charter aircraft to the Sepik over some of the most rugged and impressive landscapes in the world. The country between Ambua and the Sepik region is an amazing array of jagged limestone that seems to rise and drop at impossible angles. Transfer by boat from the airstrip to the air-conditioned comfort of the MV Sepik Spirit. Mon, 21 May	Transfer from the MV Sepik Spirit to Karawari Lodge, which is perched on a ridge above the Karawari River. A spectacular view is afforded over hundreds of kilometers of dense tropical jungle. Inspired by local architecture and built with traditional materials, the lodge provides modern comforts. Wed, 23 May	Fly by charter aircraft from Karawari to Mount Hagen, vast tracts of dense tropical rainforest, eventually relent to the mountains, which reach towards the sky. Thu, 24 May	Today, a full day is spent at the Tumbuna singsing - witness traditional dances, interact with Stone Age cultures and hear stories about "taim bilong tumbuna" (time of the ancestors). Overnight Mount Hagen
Fri, 25 May	Enjoy a full day of cultural and ecological touring. Mount Hagen is situated in the Waghi Valley - a valley with some of the oldest evidence of agriculture in the world. Overnight Mount Hagen
Sat, 26 May	Beginning your journey home, you depart Mount Hagen for Port Moresby on Air Niugini PX181. You will be met in Port Moresby by Trans Niugini Tours staff and transferred to your international flight by Trans Niugini Tours staff.

LAND COST:	US$3941.00 per person - (twin share room basis)
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT:	Single throughout except twin share on the MV Sepik Spirit and Mount Hagen -- US$412.00 per person.
LAND COST INCLUDES:	Accommodation, airport transfers and tours on a seat in a bus basis, meals from dinner on 15 May to breakfast on 26 May, local guides and sing sing entry.
LAND COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:	Domestic and international flights, visa fees and services of a personal nature such as beverage, laundry charges, phone and fax bills.
ADDITIONAL AIR CHARTER COST:	US$1140.00*  per person 16 May Mount Hagen/Ambua 18 May Ambua/Sepik 23 May Karawari/Mount Hagen,   *Please note, there has been an increase in the Air Charter Cost from what has been previosly advised, due to the cancellation of the Wednesday service PX866 POM/TIZ. Special Note Regarding Charters: Maximum baggage allowance is 10kg per person and a maximum of 5kg carry on baggage per person. Large, hard sided suitcases are not permitted on charter aircraft.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

To secure space, a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$200.00 per person is required to confirm the booking . Full payment is due on 21 March, 2007. We will confirm booking only on receipt of payment. Deposits and payments should be made into our US Dollar Wells Fargo Bank account, details of which can be found on our payment instructions page. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received after 17 March and prior to scheduled arrival in Papua New Guinea will attract a 50% fee of the total land and air charter costs. No refund is available after the scheduled arrival date in Papua New Guinea or in respect of any tour, accommodation, meals or any other service not utilized during the tour. Any additional costs incurred because of changes made during the itinerary by clients, will be to the clients account. CLIENT INFORMATION: Upon receipt of deposits, you will be sent a confirmation packet and Client Information Booklet. We cannot stress enough the importance of reading this information prior to your arrival in Papua New Guinea.  The Client Information Booklet has been specifically designed to give you vital information about strict luggage weight limits on the small aircraft used throughout the tours, possible delays in aircraft movements, standards of accommodation, etc. - Information in advance may help you to adjust to situations better as they occur.
