PNG Journey (11 Days / 10 Nights)

PNG Journey is a 10 night/11 day journey across 3 distinct regions of Papua New Guinea. This itinerary will journey to the home of the Huli Wigmen, into the remote and rarely visited island lodge on Lake Murray and on to the land of the highlands Melpa tribe. Stay at three of Trans Niugini Tours' renowned wilderness lodges: Ambua Lodge, Lake Murray Lodge and Rondon Ridge. Spend your days visiting traditional villages and experiencing the traditional “ways of life” of these fascinating tribes.

 Arrive in Port Moresby. Connect to Mt Hagen.  Overnight Rondon Ridge

 Full Day Tour. Overnight Rondon Ridge
Day 3 Fri
 Charter flight to Lake Murray. Afternoon Tour.Overnight  Lake Murray Lodge
Day 4 Sat
  Full Day Tour. Overnight Lake Murray Lodge
Day 5 Sun
 Full Day Tour. Overnight Lake Murray Lodge
Day 6 Mon
 Charter flight to Karawari. Afternoon Tour. Overnight Karawari Lodge
Day 7 Tue
 Full Day Tour.  Karawari Lodge
Day 8 Wed
 Charter flight to Tari. Afternoon Tour. Overnight Ambua Lodge
Day 9 Thu
 Full Day Tour. Overnight Ambua Lodge
Day 10 Fri
 Fly with Air Niugini to Port Moresby. Overnight Airways Hotel.
Day 11 Sat
 Transfer to international flight out.

Land Cost: US$7,430.00 per person (twin share). US$9,295.00 single throughout.

Charter Flights: US$1,900.00 per person
Fri Day 3              - Mount Hagen to Lake Murray
Mon Day 6           - Lake Murray to Karawari
Wed Day 8          - Karawari to Tari

Land Cost Includes: Accommodation, meals at Trans Niugini Tours facilities and breakfast at Airways Hotel, transfers, tours and local guides.

You are only to book and ticket the domestic Air Niugini flights together with your international flights. We will book the Air Charter flights.
